Affirmations are short powerful statements that we tell ourselves to achieve a specific goal or feel a certain way. They are designed to encourage positive thinking and gratitude. Tell yourself something positive every single day. Make an affirmation to repeat over and over and to live by. Sometimes we can convince ourselves of something just by telling ourselves it is so - by repeating an affirmation to ourselves it becomes a conscious thought that builds our reality.
