BOUNDARIES

Boundaries are rules you put in place in your relationships and daily living that define how you want to live and how you want to be treated by others. Maintaining your boundaries are vital to promoting your well-being, healthy relationships, self-love and self-confidence. Remember - we are all unique and so our boundaries are also unique. Our boundaries may also be unique/change in different relationships and environments. Controlling others isn't possible but choosing our boundaries and maintaining them is!
