Over and over again I work with people who struggle to love themselves. They allow themselves to be treated poorly by others because that is what they know, what they've experienced their entire lives, or because they feel they deserve nothing more. They are unaware that they are unloving of themselves. By loving ourselves we put ourselves and our well-being first, we meet our own needs before meeting others, and we demand that the people in our lives show us respect and have a positive impact in our lives. Loving ourselves is not selfish - in fact - by loving ourselves we can love others in our lives more deeply.

Appreciate who you are, accept all the different parts of yourself, the good and the not so good. Love yourself unconditionally!
