TIME FOR RESOLUTIONS

As we approach the new year people begin to ponder change , possibility, and maybe even hope for what the next year will bring. Traditionally, starting on January 1st we resolve to change an undesired trait or behavior or achieve a personal goal. We see the potential that the new year and a clean slate can have. Resolutions often include diets, more working out, improving on relationships, working harder, achieving more. This year my resolution is simply to continue to be - be all the good things I know I am, share in moments of happiness with friends and family, offer support to those who need it, and be mindful of each day as being a new day, a fresh start, an opportunity.
